AIESEC in Thailand

AIESEC is a global youth-led organization that develops leadership potential through practical experiences, including international internships, volunteering opportunities, and impactful projects.

Founded in 1966, AIESEC in Thailand is part of AIESEC International, empowering young people across the country through cross-cultural exchanges and leadership development programs.

Our Journey

Our History

1948

AIESEC Was Founded

World War II, seven youth across seven countries had a dream of building cross-cultural understanding across nations. They hoped to change the world, one person and one exchange at a time.

1966

AIESEC Was Brought to Thailand

Established through collaboration between AIESEC in Japan and Professor Dr. Puey Ungpakorn, then Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Thammasat University. Official operations commenced in 1968.

1977

Present in 6 Continents

AIESEC expanded its global presence to reach 6 continents, connecting youth worldwide and building bridges between cultures and communities.

2010

Digital Transformation

Expanding programs and embracing digital platforms to connect more youth globally, increasing the scale and reach of our leadership development experiences.

2026

Sending Thai Youth to the World

With 200+ members, 1000+ global volunteers and 2000+ alumni, AIESEC in Thailand continues to grow and create positive impact in communities across the globe.
